How to use

Remove the damaged or worn protective lens from the welding helmet according to the helmet manufacturer's instructions. Fit the replacement lens in the viewing window, ensuring it sits securely and aligns with retaining clips or frame. Verify that the lens is clean and free of fingerprints or debris before welding. Replace lenses periodically as they show signs of scratching or damage to maintain visibility and protection.

Recommendations

The replacement lenses should be installed following the helmet's user manual and inspected before each use. Replace lenses that are scratched, cracked or contaminated; do not use a damaged protective lens. Store spare lenses in a clean, dry place to avoid contamination prior to installation.
