LED-montagerail Vogel's PLB 3127 2700 mm – LED-montagerail voor armaturen, 2700 mm lengte

Vogel's PLB 3127 is a 2700 mm LED mounting bar designed to provide a straight, stable profile for installing LED fixtures and strips. The mounting rail secures and aligns compatible LED modules in ceilings or walls, enabling continuous linear lighting runs. It is intended for use where a long, uninterrupted support is needed to maintain alignment, heat dissipation paths, and a uniform installation plane for LED luminaires.

Advantages

The mounting bar offers a rigid, elongated support that simplifies positioning and attachment of LED fixtures along a 2700 mm span. Its uniform profile helps maintain straight lines and consistent spacing for linear lighting installations. The product facilitates faster installation and reduces the need for individual fixture brackets or repeated alignment steps, while providing a stable base suitable for both professional and domestic applications.

Suitable for

• Continuous linear LED lighting runs in ceilings
• Wall-mounted LED strip and fixture installations
• Long-span lighting in commercial and residential spaces
• Projects requiring precise alignment of multiple LED modules

Key specifications

• Length: 2700 mm
• Application: mounting and alignment of LED fixtures and strips
• Installation locations: ceiling or wall mounting
• Form factor: elongated bar/rail profile designed for continuous runs
• Compatibility: intended for use with compatible LED modules and linear fixtures

How to use

Measure and mark the intended mounting line on the ceiling or wall, ensuring the 2700 mm length fits the planned run. Secure the Vogel's PLB 3127 bar to the substrate using appropriate fasteners for the surface material and load conditions. Position and attach LED fixtures or strips along the rail according to the component manufacturer's guidance, ensuring electrical connections and thermal considerations are observed. Check alignment along the entire rail to confirm a uniform installation plane before completing final wiring and finishing.

Recommendations

Use fixings and fasteners rated for the mounting surface and the combined weight of the mounting bar and LED components. Verify compatibility between the mounting rail and chosen LED fixtures, and follow fixture manufacturers' instructions for spacing, thermal management, and electrical connections to ensure a reliable installation.
