LED-strip EUROLITE 50530133 5m 3528 UV 24V — 5 m ultraviolette LED-strip, 3528 SMD, 24 V

EUROLITE 50530133 is a 5 metre ultraviolet LED strip that uses 3528 SMD diodes and operates from a 24 V supply. The flexible coil delivers continuous UV illumination along its length, suitable for effect lighting, accenting surfaces and creating visible fluorescence on treated materials. The tape can be cut to size at designated points and mounted on a variety of surfaces where low-profile, linear ultraviolet lighting is needed.

Advantages

The LED strip provides consistent ultraviolet output along a 5 m length while remaining flexible for curved or linear installations. Low-profile SMD 3528 diodes allow compact placement and relatively low power consumption per metre compared with larger diode types. Operating at 24 V reduces voltage drop over long runs, improving uniformity of illumination. The strip’s design allows cutting at marked intervals and straightforward mounting using adhesive backing or clips, facilitating quick installation and maintenance.

How to use

Plan the layout and measure the run before installation, ensuring the 24 V power supply and any controllers are suitable for the total tape length. Cut only at the marked cutting points if you need shorter sections. Connect the tape to a compatible 24 V DC driver using correct polarity and secure the strip on a clean, dry surface; use additional mounting clips where the adhesive may not be sufficient. For long runs, consider wiring runs from both ends or using thicker feed wires to reduce visible voltage drop. Do not operate the tape without a proper constant-voltage 24 V power source and follow local electrical safety rules.

Recommendations

Use the strip in well-ventilated, dry environments and avoid direct exposure to moisture unless the product variant is specifically rated for damp or wet locations. When applying near painted or UV-sensitive materials, test a small area first to check for undesired effects. For consistent ultraviolet effects across multiple runs, match LED batches and power supply capacity and keep connections secure to prevent flicker or dimming.
