• Made from sturdy, recyclable cardboard with a clean white finish and red accents.
• Flap closure with locking tabs keeps contents secure during transport and storage.
• Pre-printed labelling field on the spine for quick identification.
• Stackable design maximises shelf and cabinet space.
• Pack of 25 boxes offers excellent value for bulk archiving projects.

In daily use

These archive boxes are ideal for organising everything from invoices and personnel files to project documentation and archived correspondence. The 80 mm spine provides enough room for approximately 800 sheets of 80 gsm paper per box, while the A4 format ensures standard documents fit without folding. The flat-packed design means you can store dozens of boxes in a drawer until needed, and assembly is intuitive—simply fold along the creases and tuck the locking tabs into place. Once filled, the boxes can be stacked up to five high without bowing, thanks to the reinforced side walls. The white exterior with red trim not only looks professional but also makes it easy to spot a misplaced box on a shelf. For long-term archiving, the cardboard is acid-free and lignin-free, preventing yellowing of documents over time.
