Lenovo VoIP-headset 5000 bedrade hoofdband kantoor/callcenter USB Type-C zwart

The Lenovo Wired VoIP Headset 5000 is a Teams-certified professional headset designed for office and call centre use. It connects via USB‑C and includes a USB‑A converter for broad plug-and-play compatibility across computers and devices. The supra-aural design, 1.9 m cable and 144 g weight prioritise comfort for extended wear while the built-in boom microphone and AI noise reduction through LADM software improve voice clarity in noisy environments.

Advantages

Certified for Microsoft Teams collaboration, the headset offers straightforward plug-and-play setup with USB‑C and an included USB‑A adapter. Its lightweight head-band construction and supra-aural ear coupling make it comfortable for all-day use. The LADM AI noise reduction provides effective ambient noise suppression, and the dual-sided boom allows left- or right-ear wearing preference.

How to use

Connect the headset to a device using the USB‑C plug or attach the included USB‑A converter for systems without USB‑C. Ensure LADM software or the relevant audio settings are enabled on your PC to use AI noise reduction and confirm Teams recognizes the headset as the audio device before joining calls.

Recommendations

For best voice clarity, position the boom microphone 1–2 cm from the mouth and use the USB connection directly when possible. Keep the cable untangled and avoid placing the microphone directly in front of strong airflow (fans or air conditioning) to reduce wind noise.
