How to use

Install the filter into a compatible filter holder or fixture aperture aligned with the specified diameter. Ensure the filter is seated securely and that any retaining mechanisms are engaged before powering the light source. Avoid contact with the lit surface immediately after switching off to prevent thermal contact; allow the filter to cool if it has been exposed to high-intensity lamps. Periodically inspect the filter surface for deposits or damage and clean with appropriate, non-abrasive materials when the unit is cool.

Recommendations

Use this red filter with fixtures rated for the lamp types in your setup and verify material heat limits against lamp wattage. For consistent color matching across multiple fixtures, use filters from the same production batch and replace aged or discolored elements to maintain uniform output.
