With a diameter of 2.65 cm and a depth of 590 mm, this optical accessory fits into compatible fixtures to produce a warm yellow color cast. The filter is intended for use where a controlled, consistent yellow tone is required to shape mood, highlight areas on stage, or complement other colored lighting in mixed setups.

How to use

Install the yellow filter into the fixture following the fixture manufacturer’s instructions for filter holders or gel frames. Ensure the filter is seated securely and aligned with the light source to avoid vignetting or uneven color distribution. When using multiple filters, layer them carefully to avoid overheating and to preserve the intended color mix. Check fixture temperature ratings to confirm compatibility with installed filters.

Recommendations

Use the filter in fixtures designed to accept external filters; avoid placing directly against high-temperature lamp envelopes without appropriate holders. Combine with neutral density or diffusion elements if softer color washes are required. Regularly inspect the filter surface for dust or damage and clean only with non-abrasive cloths and recommended cleaning agents for optical materials.
