Lichtfilter Eurolite 511046A3 violet 2,65 cm diameter 590 mm diepte

The EUROLITE 511046A3 Violet lighting filter is a cylindrical color filter with a 2.65 cm diameter and 590 mm depth designed for use in lighting fixtures to produce a consistent violet hue. Constructed to fit compatible lamps and housings, the filter alters light output to create saturated violet tones suitable for stage, studio, and event applications. The physical dimensions allow integration into fixtures where a long, narrow filter element is required to shape beam color without changing optical focus.

Advantages

This violet filter delivers a stable and uniform color transformation with minimal impact on beam shape. Its slim 2.65 cm diameter and extended 590 mm length make it suitable for installations where depth is available but cross-sectional space is limited. The filter material is selected to provide good color consistency across the illuminated area and to withstand typical operating conditions encountered in stage and photographic lighting setups.

Key specifications

How to use

Insert the filter into the fixture or lamp assembly following the fixture manufacturer's guidelines for filter installation and lamp clearance. Ensure the filter is mounted securely and aligned with the optical axis to avoid uneven coloration. Verify that the fixture's heat management is adequate for the operating lamp type; allow for air circulation or heat shielding if required by the fixture design. Perform a brief test at low power to confirm color rendering and fit before full operation.

Recommendations

For consistent and long-lasting performance, avoid exposing the filter to direct contact with high-temperature surfaces and replace it if discoloration or deformation appears. Match the filter length and diameter to the fixture's available space and secure mounting points to prevent movement during use. Use in fixtures rated for the type of lamp employed and follow safety guidelines for handling optical filters.
