Lichtklem EUROLITE TPC-32 zilver — robuuste trussklem voor spots, zilveren uitvoering

EUROLITE TPC-32 silver is a heavy-duty metal lighting clamp designed to secure stage and event fixtures to trusses and pipework. The compact clamp offers robust mechanical support for panel lights, moving heads and similar rigging devices, and features a silver finish intended for professional installation on truss systems. The clamp's geometry and fastening elements are engineered to provide a stable connection while keeping the profile small for tight hanging positions.

Advantages

The clamp combines solid construction with a straightforward tightening mechanism that allows quick attachment and reliable load-bearing. Its metal body ensures long service life under repeated use and the silver surface reduces visual contrast when mounted on aluminum trusses. The design minimizes play and slippage, improving safety during dynamic stage conditions.

How to use

Position the clamp around the truss or pipe so that the clamp jaws sit flush with the truss profile. Insert the fixture mounting bolt or eyebolt through the clamp's attachment point and tighten the clamp's fastening screw or bolt until the clamp is securely fixed to the truss. Ensure all threaded fasteners are tightened to the appropriate torque for the mounting hardware used and check alignment of the fixture before final tightening. Follow standard rigging practices and local safety regulations when installing loads overhead.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility of the clamp with the truss diameter and the fixture's mounting hardware prior to use. Use appropriate secondary safety attachments such as safety cables or chains when mounting fixtures overhead, and inspect the clamp periodically for wear, deformation or corrosion. Replace any fasteners that show signs of damage and refer to professional rigging guidelines for load limits and safe installation procedures.
