Lichtsnoer RealPower 463614 LED 12 lampen warmwit 4,9 m op batterij (AA)

The RealPower 463614 string light is a 4.9 m decorative LED cable with 12 warm white lamps designed for indoor and outdoor use where mains power is not available. The lamps emit a warm 2200 K tone mounted on a black cable and are powered by AA (1.5 V) batteries. The compact battery-operated design and IP44 rating make it suitable for patios, balconies, tables and temporary festive installations.

Advantages

This LED string light provides energy-efficient illumination with low heat output and long LED service life. Its battery power supply eliminates the need for a nearby electrical outlet and simplifies placement in locations such as balconies and lightweight outdoor decorations. The warm white 2200 K colour creates a cosy ambient glow while the slender black cable keeps visual impact minimal.

Suitable for

• Decorative lighting for patios, balconies and terraces
• Indoor accents for living rooms, bedrooms and dining tables
• Temporary festive decorations for parties and events
• Table centrepieces and floral arrangements where plug sockets are unavailable

When it may not be suitable

Because the string light is battery-powered, it is not intended for continuous long-term operation without periodic battery replacement. The light output of 12 small LEDs is designed for ambient and decorative illumination rather than bright task lighting.

Key specifications

• Light source: LED
• Number of lamps: 12
• Light colour temperature: 2200 K (warm white)
• Length: 4.9 m (total cable length)
• Power supply: AA batteries (1.5 V each, battery holder included)
• Placement: indoor and outdoor
• Cable colour: black
• Ingress protection: IP44 (splash resistant)

How to use

Install fresh AA batteries in the battery compartment following the polarity markings and close the battery box securely. Arrange the 4.9 m cable and position the 12 LEDs where ambient decoration is needed. For outdoor installations, mount or drape the cable where it will not be submerged and avoid direct exposure to heavy rain despite the IP44 splash protection. Switch the unit on using the control on the battery box and replace batteries when light output dims.

What to consider before purchase

• Requires AA batteries; consider battery type and expected runtime
• Designed for ambient decorative lighting, not for bright task illumination
• IP44 provides splash resistance but not submersion protection
• Length and lamp spacing should match intended installation area

Recommendations

Use alkaline or rechargeable NiMH AA batteries for longer runtime and avoid mixing old and new batteries. For outdoor use, place the battery box in a sheltered position or under cover to extend life and protect the switch and compartment from moisture.
