Lijmklem BESSEY GearKamp GK45 45 cm rood zwart

The BESSEY GearKamp GK45 is a 45 cm bar clamp designed for woodworking and DIY tasks. It features a two-component plastic handle positioned around the rail for use in confined spaces, a quick-release shift button for fast adjustment of the sliding bar, and a swivelling pressure plate driven by an easy-to-move trapezoidal thread spindle. The clamp delivers clamping force up to 2,000 N and comes on a carded hang-pack.

Advantages

The two-component handle wrapped around the rail allows the clamp to be operated in tight areas while providing comfortable grip. The trapezoidal thread spindle with swivelling pressure plate ensures smooth, controlled application of pressure. A quick-release shift button simplifies and speeds up positioning of the sliding bar. Lightweight construction (approximately 820 g) makes the clamp easy to handle without compromising strength.

Suitable for

• Woodworking and carpentry clamping
• DIY repair and assembly tasks
• Holding workpieces in tight or confined spaces
• Temporary fixing during gluing or screwing operations

Turn the trapezoidal thread spindle clockwise until the swivelling pressure plate contacts the workpiece and apply required clamping force, observing the limit of up to 2,000 N. To release, turn the spindle counterclockwise and use the quick-release button to open the sliding jaw further if needed.

Recommendations

For best results, position protective pads between the pressure plate and delicate surfaces to prevent marks. Do not exceed the specified clamping force and inspect the spindle and handle for damage before use.
