Lindy 3m Cat.6 U/UTP netwerkkabel, blauw

Network Cable Lindy 3m RJ-45 Cat6 Blue is a 3‑metre Cat.6 U/UTP patch cable designed for data transmission at frequencies up to 250 MHz. It uses unshielded twisted-pair construction compliant with ISO/IEC 11801 and supports Ethernet standards up to 1GBase‑T. The cable is supplied individually in a polybag and features RJ‑45 connectors on both ends with gold‑plated contacts and a snagless strain relief design.

Advantages

The Lindy Cat.6 cable provides reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity through optimized electrical parameters despite being unshielded. Gold‑plated contacts reduce corrosion and maintain low contact resistance over time. The snagless connector housing protects the latch from damage during installation and removal, while the LSZH jacket lowers smoke and toxic gas emission in case of fire.

Suitable for

• Wired home networking (routers, switches, PCs)
• Office LAN connections and patch panels
• Gigabit Ethernet links up to 1GBase‑T
• Network device interconnections (modems, NAS, printers)

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Category: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Frequency support: up to 250 MHz
• Supported standard: 10/100/1000Base‑T(X), up to 1GBase‑T
• Connectors: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45
• Contacts: gold‑plated
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Color: Blue

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 end to your network device (router, switch or PC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the snagless strain relief to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, avoid running Cat.6 U/UTP parallel to high‑voltage power cables and keep cable lengths under 100 metres for standard Ethernet runs. Use proper cable management and strain relief at termination points to preserve performance and connector integrity.
