Lindy 3m Cat.6 U/UTP-netwerkkabel, geel

The Lindy 3m RJ-45 Cat6 Yellow network cable is a Cat.6 U/UTP cable designed for operating frequencies up to 250 MHz and compatible with Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T). It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends, gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance, and a robust snagless strain relief to protect the connector latch. The cable is manufactured and tested according to ISO/IEC 11801 and is supplied individually in a polybag.

Advantages

This Cat.6 U/UTP cable supports bandwidth up to 250 MHz and is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet thanks to its engineered electrophysical parameters. Gold-plated contacts provide reliable, long-term connections with reduced oxidation risk, while the snagless design protects the connector latch during installation and removal. The yellow jacket improves cable identification in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and network devices in home or office networks
• Gigabit Ethernet (1000Base-T) connections
• Structured cabling installations tested to ISO/IEC 11801
• Temporary or permanent patching in equipment racks and workstations

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Category: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Operating frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Yellow
• Standards: Manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into a switch, router or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks; the snagless strain relief helps prevent latch damage during insertion and removal. For best performance, avoid tight bends and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, use the Lindy Cat6 cable for connections within its 3 m length and follow standard installation practices: avoid excessive bending radius, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources, and verify connectors are clean before installation.
