Lindy 7,5 m Cat.6 S/FTP-netwerkkabel, grijs

The Lindy 7.5m Cat.6 S/FTP Network Cable (MPN 47707, EAN 4002888477079) is a shielded Ethernet patch cable designed and tested to ISO 11801 standards. It features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, gold-plated RJ‑45 contacts for reliable signal transmission and a robust snagless strain relief to protect the connector latch. The cable is 7.5 m long and comes in grey, suitable for structured cabling in server cabinets, wall cabinets and general network installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded cables. Gold-plated pins ensure stable contact and minimise signal loss. The snagless strain relief reduces the risk of damage during installation and removal. Manufactured and tested to ISO 11801, the cable supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T(X)).

Suitable for

• Connections between computers, routers and switches
• Network printers and NAS devices
• Server rooms, data centres and rack installations
• Security systems and AV equipment

Key specifications

• Length: 7.5 m
• Category: Cat.6 (S/FTP)
• Connectors: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Grey
• Standards: Manufactured and tested to ISO 11801

How to use

Plug RJ‑45 connectors into the network ports of your devices (computers, routers, switches or NAS). Ensure connectors click into place and that the cable is routed without sharp bends or strain. For rack or cabinet installations, use appropriate cable management to maintain bend radius and avoid pressure on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines for long distances and maintain proper cable management in cabinets and racks. Use the grey colour for consistent visual organisation in structured cabling.
