Lindy 7,5m DisplayPort 1.2-kabel, Anthra Line

The Lindy DisplayPort Cable 7.5m is a high-performance DisplayPort 1.2 cable designed for professional AV and IT installations. Part of Lindy's Lines cable connectivity concept, this 7.5 m cable provides a durable black jacket with a 7.5 mm diameter and connectors for DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort connections. It supports UHD video, stereoscopic 3D and HDCP, and is compliant with RoHS, REACH and UL standards.

Advantages

Anthra Line DisplayPort cables use triple shielding and 26 AWG tinned copper conductors to ensure signal integrity and corrosion resistance. Gold-plated contacts and robust connectors maintain reliable connections and help prevent signal loss over longer runs. The cable supports high-resolution video up to 4K 4096x2160@60Hz with 4:4:4 10-bit color and is compatible with DisplayPort-enabled devices thanks to DisplayPort 1.2 technology.

Suitable for

• Connecting monitors to desktops or workstations
• AV installations in conference rooms and lecture halls
• Linking projectors and media players in professional setups
• High-resolution video and 3D signal transmission where DisplayPort 1.2 is required

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, laptop, media player) and the other connector to the DisplayPort input on the monitor, projector or AV receiver. Ensure both devices support DisplayPort 1.2 to achieve the specified resolutions and features. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; secure connectors by aligning and inserting gently until the latch engages.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable alongside high-power electrical wiring and keep the cable within recommended bend radius to prevent damage to the internal conductors and shielding. For runs longer than 7.5 m, verify device compatibility and signal integrity or consider active/extender solutions if required.
