LogiLink ORCEB1G 1U 19-inch rack kabelmanagement borstelpaneel, lichtgrijs RAL 7035, staal, frontmontage

For network and server installations where cable routing often becomes a tangled afterthought, the LogiLink ORCEB1G brush panel brings order and protection to your 19-inch rack. Unlike blank or grommet panels that force cables through fixed holes, this 1U panel features a continuous brush strip that lets you pass any number of cables through at any point, while sealing the remaining space against dust and airflow loss. The light grey RAL 7035 powder-coated steel blends seamlessly into standard rack environments, and the front-mount design installs in minutes with standard screws.

Highlights

• 1U height, fits all standard 19" racks and cabinets
• Continuous brush opening allows flexible cable entry without predefined holes
• Reduces dust ingress and helps maintain proper airflow inside the rack
• Durable steel construction with scratch-resistant powder coating
• Neutral light grey RAL 7035 matches most rack and enclosure finishes
• Simple screw-in front mounting, no special tools required

In daily use

Whether you are managing a few patch cables or a dense bundle of power and data lines, the brush strip holds cables gently but firmly, preventing them from slipping back or chafing against metal edges. The panel keeps the front of the rack looking clean and professional, while the brush filaments close around each cable to block dust and light. Because the opening is continuous, you can add or remove cables without removing the panel or rearranging existing runs.
