Luchtbevochtiger VestFrost VP-H2I40WH — compacte ultrasone luchtbevochtiger, model VP-H2I40WH

Description: SMART AIR HUMIDIFIER VP-H2I40WHHealthier and optimally humidified air thanks to natural, evaporative humidification. Discover Vestfrost air humidifiers.Humidifier WaterWater hardness is a parameter that characterizes the mineral content, primarily calcium and magnesium, in water. High hardness levels mean that the water has a high concentration of these minerals, which can affect various devices, including humidifiers. When such water is used to power a humidifier, it can cause scale and dirt to build up on the device's internal components.Scale and mineral deposits can gradually block the humidifier's nozzles and filters, reducing its efficiency. Furthermore, these contaminants can promote the growth of bacteria and germs, which can negatively impact the quality of the air the humidifier dissipates. To prevent scale buildup, Vestfrost air humidifiers are equipped with a special, replaceable anti-scale system. Water flowing through it effectively dissolves calcium compounds. Depending on the water hardness, the system should be replaced every 6 months to 3 years. The highest quality humidified air is ensured by two technologies: UV-C LED and Plasma ION.UV-C LED TechnologyUV-C LED technology is equipped with a UV-C diode, the only one with sterilizing wavelengths of 280nm-200nm. In less than one second, the component is ready to remove particles below 0.3 microns. The UV-C LED is located inside the device.Plasma ION TechnologyThis solution is based on positive and negative ionization. Ions released into the atmosphere along with the humidified and purified air by the UV-C diode actively seek out and neutralize bacteria and viruses, and eliminate unpleasant odors. They also reduce static electricity, significantly reducing household dust, which causes 80% of allergic reactions.UV-C LED technology is characterized by 300 times faster operation (compared to conventional UV lamps), nearly 4 times longer operating time, safe operation, and low operating costs.Touch-controlled displayThe display indicates air humidification quality, including temperature and relative humidity (RH).Intuitive mobile appYou have constant visibility of the device's operation and access to all functions, which you can control remotely using the Tuya Smart mobile app.Adding the purifier in the app takes just a few minutes and is incredibly simple.Functions available through the mobile app: Setting the device's operating mode and airflow intensity Turning on/off two additional air purifying technologies: Plasma IOM and UV-C LED Turning on/off the parental lock Setting the schedule, i.e., the days and hours the device operates Setting desired indicators | Type: Air humidifier | Mist: Cool | Power: 28 | Noise: 52 | Water container capacity: 4 | Efficiency: 300 | Operating range: 40 | Ionization: Yes | Humidity sensor: Yes | Steam control: No | Water level indicator: Yes | Automatic shut-off: Yes | Special functions: UV-C LED technology Plasma ION technology Night mode On/Off timer (1-12 hours) WiFi and mobile app Space for essential oils Ambient light 5 fan speed settings | Battery-powered product: no | Batteries included: no | Power: Mains | Color: White | Dimensions: 250 x 443 x 250 mm | Weight: 3.6 | Other features: UV Source: LED with a wavelength of 200~280 nm Response Time: Less than 1 second Light Intensity: 1W/cm, No Heat Noise Level: 17 - 52 dB(A)

How to use

Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and electronic equipment sensitive to moisture. Fill the detachable water tank with clean tap or filtered water following the marking inside the tank and reattach securely. Switch the unit on and adjust the mist output if the model provides variable settings. For best results, run the humidifier continuously in dry periods and monitor room humidity with a hygrometer to maintain comfortable levels. Empty and dry the tank if the unit will not be used for extended periods.

Recommendations

Clean the water tank and mist outlet regularly to prevent buildup of mineral deposits and biofilm. Use filtered or distilled water if your tap water is hard to reduce limescale. Place the humidifier at least 30–50 cm from walls and electronic devices to avoid moisture accumulation on nearby surfaces.
