Verdampingsbevochtiger Xiaomi Smart Evaporative Humidifier Pro, model 66649, wit

Xiaomi Smart Evaporative Humidifier Pro in white is an evaporative humidifier designed to increase indoor humidity without heating the air. The device uses a water tank and an evaporative wick or filter to introduce moisture through airflow, supporting comfortable relative humidity levels in homes, offices and other indoor spaces. Built-in smart features allow remote control and scheduling for automated operation and easier humidity management.

Advantages

The evaporative design adds moisture efficiently while avoiding the mineral aerosol associated with ultrasonic models, reducing visible white dust on surfaces. Smart connectivity enables remote adjustments and timed operation, helping to maintain consistent humidity with minimal manual intervention. The compact white housing integrates into modern interiors and the unit is intended for continuous or intermittent use to protect wooden furniture and improve respiratory comfort.

Suitable for

• Living rooms and bedrooms to maintain comfortable humidity levels
• Home offices and workspaces to protect wood furniture and musical instruments
• Nurseries and family rooms where stable indoor humidity supports wellbeing
• Rooms where low-maintenance humidity control with scheduling is desired

Key specifications

• Evaporative humidification principle for moisture delivery without heating
• Smart control capability for remote operation and scheduling
• White exterior with a compact footprint for easy placement
• Water tank system compatible with wick or evaporative medium
• Designed for continuous or cyclic operation to maintain target humidity

How to use

Fill the water tank according to the indicated maximum level and install the evaporative medium if required. Place the humidifier on a stable, level surface at least several centimeters from walls and electronics to allow proper airflow. Use the smart app or onboard controls to set desired humidity levels and scheduling; monitor water level and refill when prompted. Clean and replace the evaporative medium periodically following the manufacturer's maintenance instructions to preserve performance and hygienic operation.

Recommendations

To ensure effective humidification and avoid condensation, maintain recommended distance from windows and cold surfaces, operate at moderate target humidity (typically 40–60%), and use fresh water. Regular cleaning of the tank and replacement of the evaporative medium will help prevent microbial growth and keep the unit functioning reliably.
