The Aerocool Mirage 5 is a compact 6 cm air cooler designed to provide efficient CPU cooling for desktop systems. It combines an Infinity Mirror RGB glass design with Heat Core Touch Technology (HCTT) and five heat pipes to increase contact area and reduce thermal transfer loss. The cooler includes an addressable RGB LED ring compatible with common motherboard lighting systems and a turbojet-inspired fan that delivers 360° heat dissipation while maintaining low noise levels. Compatible with a wide range of CPU sockets, the Mirage 5 is suitable for many current motherboard layouts.

Advantages

The Mirage 5 offers an infinity mirror RGB effect for a distinctive lighting appearance and supports 16.8 million colors via addressable RGB headers (3-pin). Heat Core Touch Technology uses five heat pipes and a flat base to maximize CPU contact and improve heat transfer efficiency. Its turbojet-inspired fan and high-efficiency black-coated fins enhance airflow and accelerate heat dissipation. PWM control via the included 4-pin connector allows automatic fan speed regulation between approximately 1200 and 3000 RPM, delivering up to 74.3 CFM while keeping noise low (about 18 dB at low speed and 30 dB at high speed).

Suitable for

Compact and mid-tower desktop PCs where space is limited
Gaming rigs that use motherboard RGB sync systems (ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion)
Systems requiring a balance of cooling performance and low noise

Key specifications

Type: Air cooler
Fan diameter: 60 mm
Fan speed (PWM): ~1200–3000 RPM
Maximum airflow: 74.3 CFM
Noise level: ~18 dB (low) / ~30 dB (high)
Bearing type: Hydraulic
Heatpipes: 5 (Heat Core Touch Technology)
TDP: 150 W
Dimensions (W×H): 100 mm × 145 mm
Colour: Black
Supported sockets: LGA2066 / LGA2011 / LGA1200 / LGA115x / LGA775 / AM4 / AM3+ / AM3 / AM2+ / AM2 / FM2 / FM1
RGB: Addressable RGB (3-pin connector), compatible with ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion
Connector: PWM 4-pin for fan control

How to use

Install the Mirage 5 according to your motherboard and CPU socket instructions: mount the cooler base on the CPU ensuring the flat HCTT surface contacts the CPU heat spreader, secure the mounting brackets provided for your socket type, and connect the 4-pin PWM fan cable to the motherboard fan header. If you wish to use addressable RGB, plug the 3-pin RGB connector into a compatible motherboard RGB header and configure lighting through the motherboard’s software (ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion or other compatible utilities).

Recommendations

Ensure sufficient case airflow around the cooler for optimal dissipation, verify compatibility with your chassis height and RAM clearance before installation, and periodically clean dust from the fins and fan to maintain performance.
