Luchtkoeler DeepCool AK500 WH 12 cm wit

The DeepCool AK500 WH is a white high-performance air cooler with a 12 cm fan designed to provide strong cooling for modern processors. With overall dimensions of 127 mm (W) x 117 mm (D) x 158 mm (H) and a compact weight of 1.04 kg, it combines a clean aesthetic with practical thermal management suitable for gaming and professional workloads.

Advantages

The AK500 WH offers up to 240 W of heat dissipation capacity to handle next-generation CPUs and heavy 4K gaming or processing tasks. Its balanced bidirectional copper heat pipe technology optimizes internal capillary structure and liquid charge to maintain efficient phase change and low thermal resistance whether the cooler is mounted vertically or horizontally. The angled offset heat pipe layout preserves full DRAM compatibility and provides 45 mm clearance for rear DIMM slots on quad-channel motherboards. An all-metal mounting bracket ensures simple and secure installation with even contact pressure on both Intel and AMD platforms.

Suitable for

• Gaming PCs requiring sustained cooling during 4K or high-frame-rate sessions
• Workstations running heavy CPU workloads such as rendering or data processing
• Compact or mid-tower builds where white aesthetics are preferred
• Systems with tall DIMM heat spreaders or quad-channel memory configurations

How to use

Mount the AK500 WH to your motherboard following the included all-metal mounting bracket instructions to ensure even contact with the CPU heat spreader. Align the cooler so that the angled offset heat pipes provide the required clearance for your DIMM modules, especially if using tall heat spreaders or a quad-channel layout. Connect the fan to the CPU fan header and configure fan curves in BIOS or your motherboard software to match your desired balance of cooling and noise.

Recommendations

Install the cooler in a case with adequate airflow and keep intake/exhaust fans configured to promote through-flow across the heatsink. For sustained heavy loads, use an aggressive fan profile to maintain lower CPU temperatures; for quieter operation during light use, set a more conservative fan curve.
