Luidspreker Edifier R1010BT 24 W

The Edifier R1010BT bookshelf speaker delivers clear, detailed audio from a compact 100% MDF enclosure. Reimagining a classic model, it combines a 4" bass driver with a 3/4" silk-diaphragm tweeter to reproduce a wide frequency range and natural sound. With 24 W RMS power and both wired and Bluetooth wireless connectivity, the R1010BT suits desktop setups, small rooms and multimedia use while preserving a refined wood-grain appearance.

Advantages

The speaker offers flexible connectivity with dual integrated stereo line-in jacks and Bluetooth for wireless playback. Tone controls include bass and volume dials at the rear and a dynamic treble enhancement on the primary input for customised sound. Its 15 mm thick MDF cabinets reduce unwanted vibration, and the rounded edges and contrasting silver-coloured panels provide a neat, understated look that fits various interiors.

How to use

Place the speakers on a stable surface at ear level where possible, leaving some space from walls for better bass response. Connect an analogue source using the rear stereo line-in jacks or pair a Bluetooth device following the speaker's pairing procedure. Adjust rear bass and volume dials to set the overall level, and use the tone control on input A to refine treble response. Position the left and right speakers symmetrically for balanced stereo imaging.

Recommendations

For best results, allow a short break-in period at moderate volume to stabilise driver performance. Keep the MDF cabinets dry and avoid placing speakers in direct sunlight. When using analogue sources, use good-quality interconnect cables and avoid placing sources that generate strong electromagnetic interference nearby.
