RVS vacuümcontainer Magic Vac INOX H150 6,4 l, model ACP1215

Magic Vac INOX H150 is a stainless steel vacuum container with a 6.4 liter capacity designed to provide airtight storage for food. The container is intended to preserve freshness, reduce oxidation and extend the shelf life of dry and prepared foods. Compatible with Magic Vac vacuum systems, it is suitable for both home kitchens and professional environments where bulk storage, portioning or sous-vide preparation is required.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction offers corrosion resistance and easy cleaning while maintaining a neutral taste environment for stored foods. The vacuum-sealing function reduces air exposure to slow spoilage and minimize freezer burn when used for refrigerated or frozen items. Its large 6.4 L volume makes it practical for storing bulk ingredients or larger cooked portions, and the container’s compatibility with Magic Vac vacuum pumps allows simple, repeatable sealing cycles.

Suitable for

• Bulk food storage in home or professional kitchens
• Sous-vide cooking and pre-prepared meal storage
• Marinating and preserving meats or vegetables
• Organized refrigeration and freezer storage

• Sealing method: vacuum-compatible with external Magic Vac vacuum systems
• Shape: cylindrical container with removable lid

How to use

Place cooled or room-temperature food inside the container without overfilling to allow effective vacuuming. Close the lid and connect the Magic Vac vacuum pump or compatible vacuum system to the container’s vacuum port according to the pump manufacturer’s instructions. Apply vacuum until the desired pressure level is reached, then stop the pump and disconnect. For sous-vide use, ensure the container and its contents are suitable for the target cooking temperature and follow standard sous-vide safety and temperature guidelines.

Recommendations

Clean the container before first use and after each cycle with warm water and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the surface. Do not expose the container to direct flame or open heat sources. For long-term storage of acidic foods, monitor periodically for any changes in surface appearance. When freezing, leave some headspace to allow for expansion of liquids.
