Magneetstekkerset ShiverPeaks S/CONN 7-pin (2x), 8-pin (1x) en USB-C-adapter

The Magnet Connector Set ShiverPeaks S/CONN contains two 7-pin magnetic adapters, one 8-pin magnetic adapter and a USB-C adapter designed for quick magnetic attachment and simple cable swaps. The set is intended for devices that use 7-pin or 8-pin connectors and USB-C for power or data transfer, offering an alternative to repeatedly plugging and unplugging standard plugs and reducing mechanical wear on device ports.

Advantages

The magnetic adapters provide fast, tool-free connection and disconnection, helping to prevent accidental cable yanks. Using magnetic connectors reduces repeated stress on device sockets, which can extend the service life of portable electronics. The set covers common pin configurations with two 7-pin and one 8-pin adapter plus a USB-C adapter, allowing compatibility with multiple devices and quick swaps between cables.

Suitable for

• Portable electronics that require 7-pin or 8-pin magnetic connectors
• Devices that use USB-C for charging or data transfer
• Situations where fast attachment/detachment is needed to prevent cable damage
• Users who want to minimise wear on built-in device ports

Key specifications

• Included adapters: two 7-pin magnetic connectors, one 8-pin magnetic connector, one USB-C magnetic adapter
• Connection type: magnetic attachment for easy alignment and quick release
• Primary functions: power delivery and data transfer compatibility depending on device
• Form factor: compact, replaceable connector heads for in-field swaps

How to use

Insert the appropriate magnetic adapter into the device's port so the contact surface sits flush against the socket. Attach the matching cable end; the magnets will align and secure the connection. For removal, pull the cable straight away from the device until the magnetic connection releases. Ensure contacts are clean and dry before connection to maintain reliable power and data transfer. Follow device-specific charging and data-transfer instructions when using the adapters.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect connector contacts for dirt or corrosion and clean gently with a dry, soft cloth. Use the magnetic adapters for routine charging and data tasks but avoid applying excessive sideways force while connected. Store unused adapters in a dry place to prevent contamination and preserve reliable contact performance.
