MAILmedia DIN lang zelfklevend 75 g/m², verzendklare envelop

MAILmedia DIN Lang self-adhesive envelope with 75 g/m² paper weight is designed for sending standard long-format documents such as letters, invoices and brochures. The envelope uses a peel-and-seal closure that secures contents quickly without the need for moistened glue, and the lightweight yet durable 75 g/m² paper offers reliable protection and easy handling for everyday correspondence, office mailings and bulk posting.

Advantages

The self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip enables fast and hygienic closure without moisture. The DIN Lang format accommodates standard long documents and folded A4 sheets, while the 75 g/m² paper balances strength and economy. The envelope is suitable for machine processing and manual handling, providing consistent shape and resistance to tearing under normal mailing conditions. The plain exterior is compatible with printing, labelling and addressing systems.

Suitable for

• Sending invoices, statements and payment reminders
• Mailing brochures, flyers and promotional inserts
• Office correspondence and customer communications
• Home use for personal letters and documents

Key specifications

• Format: DIN Lang (long envelope format for standard long documents)
• Paper weight: 75 g/m²
• Closure type: self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip
• Surface: plain for printing and labelling
• Suitable for manual and automated mailing processes

How to use

Insert the folded document or brochure into the envelope so that the content sits flat and does not overfill the opening. Remove the protective strip from the peel-and-seal closure and press the flap firmly along the sealed edge to ensure full adhesion. For machine processing, ensure envelopes are consistently filled and aligned; do not exceed recommended content thickness for automated feeders.

Recommendations

Store envelopes in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme humidity to prevent adhesive degradation and paper warping. For important or heavy contents, consider additional internal protection such as cardboard reinforcements or use a heavier-weight envelope. When printing addresses or barcodes, test a sample to confirm ink adhesion and printer compatibility.
