Makita DBN610Z 18V LXT brushless accu-nietpistool 18 gauge (alleen apparaat)

The Makita DBN610Z is an 18V LXT Cordless Brushless Brad Nailer built for trim, moulding, and finish carpentry. Firing 18-gauge brad nails from 25 to 64 mm, it replaces compressor-driven tools with a lightweight, cable-free solution that draws power from any Makita 18V LXT battery (sold separately). The brushless motor reduces heat and friction for longer tool life and greater efficiency per charge — making it ideal for professional carpenters and serious DIYers alike.

Advantages

A tool-less depth adjustment wheel lets you dial in countersink depth on the fly without interrupting work. The anti-dry fire mechanism stops the tool automatically when the 110-nail magazine runs empty, preventing damage to both the nailer and the workpiece. An LED job light illuminates tight corners and low-light areas, and an integrated belt hook keeps the nailer within reach at all times. The selectable firing mode — sequential or contact actuation — gives you precise single-nail placement or rapid production nailing as the job demands.

How to use

Attach a compatible Makita 18V LXT battery until it clicks firmly into place. Load the straight magazine with 18-gauge brad nails in the 25–64 mm range. Choose sequential mode for accurate single-nail placement or contact actuation for faster nailing runs. Press the nose contact firmly against the workpiece to engage the safety, then pull the trigger to drive the nail. Use the depth adjustment wheel to set the countersink level. The anti-dry fire lock will engage automatically once the magazine is empty — reload before continuing.

Recommendations

Pair with a Makita BL1850B or BL1860B 18V LXT battery for maximum magazine capacity per charge. Use 18-gauge brad nails — not finish nails — sized at 2.5× the thickness of the material being fastened for a reliable hold. Always wear eye and hearing protection during operation.
