Map Herlitz 50009091 polypropyleen (PP) rood A4

The Herlitz 50009091 Polypropylene (PP) Red A4 folder is a slim document pocket designed to protect and organise A4 papers. Manufactured from durable polypropylene, it provides moisture resistance and tear-resilient handling for routine office and home use. The folder’s transparent red finish makes contents easy to identify while keeping documents flat and secure. Sold in a pack of 10, it is suitable for managing multiple files or distributing materials for meetings, courses, and projects.

Advantages

This Herlitz folder combines lightweight construction with durable PP material that resists creasing and moisture. Its red colour improves visual sorting and quick retrieval among other files. The A4 format ensures compatibility with standard papers and printed documents. The pocket design keeps sheets neatly contained without folding, and the smooth surface is easy to wipe clean, extending the usable life of each folder.

Suitable for

• Office filing and daily paperwork organisation
• School and university handouts, homework, and project portfolios
• Presentations, meeting materials and training packs
• Home document storage such as bills, warranties and certificates

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Format: A4 document pocket
• Colour: red (transparent finish)
• Pack quantity: 10 folders per pack
• Design: single-pocket, flat sleeve

How to use

Insert A4 sheets or folded documents into the open side of the pocket and push gently until they rest flat against the back. For multiple items, organise by topic or date before placing them in a single folder to avoid overfilling. Use the colour of the folder to create a visual filing system—store with spines or edges visible for easy selection. To secure loose papers further, use paper clips or binder clips before inserting them into the pocket.

Recommendations

Store folders upright in a dry environment away from direct heat or sunlight to preserve material flexibility and colour. Avoid overfilling beyond the intended capacity to prevent stretching or tearing of the opening. Clean with a soft, damp cloth if necessary and keep sharp objects away from the surface to prevent punctures.
