How to use

Open the folder and insert A4 sheets flat into the main compartment, keeping papers aligned at the fold or opening edge. Close the folder to protect documents from light dust and incidental moisture. Use the coloured exterior to identify the folder's contents quickly when stored with other folders or on shelving. For transport, place the folder inside a bag or briefcase to avoid bending or heavy pressure from other items.

Recommendations

For longer document life, avoid exposure to prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat. Wipe the polypropylene surface with a soft, damp cloth if needed; avoid abrasive cleaners. Use the folder to group documents by topic or date for more efficient retrieval.
