Map polypropyleen (PP) HERMA 19513 A3 zwart

The HERMA Folder Polypropylene (PP) 19513 in A3 size is a single-pocket document folder produced from durable polypropylene. Its black finish provides a neutral, professional appearance while the A3 format accommodates larger documents, drawings and posters without folding. The lightweight construction and slim profile make it easy to carry and store, providing straightforward protection against dust, light spills and everyday wear for important papers.

Advantages

This folder offers durable polypropylene construction that resists tearing and moisture better than paper alternatives. The A3 format is suitable for larger sheets and technical drawings, preserving document integrity. The black color conceals marks and maintains a uniform appearance in filing systems. Being lightweight and thin, it does not add bulk to folders or bags while still providing protection and quick access to contents.

How to use

Insert A3 documents into the main pocket, ensuring edges align with the folder opening to prevent creasing. For added protection, place delicate prints or drawings between protective sheets before inserting. Store the folder upright on a shelf or flat in a bag; avoid overfilling to maintain shape and closure performance. Clean the surface with a damp cloth if necessary and allow to dry before storing documents.

Recommendations

Use the folder for short- to medium-term storage and transport of A3 materials. For archival storage of valuable originals, consider placing documents in acid-free sleeves before using the folder. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme heat to preserve material color and flexibility.
