How to use

Insert A4 documents by opening the folder and sliding papers inside so they rest flat within the interior. Use the multicolour option to assign specific colours to subjects, clients, or project phases for quick retrieval. Close the folder edge-to-edge to protect contents from dust and light moisture during storage or transit. For heavier stacks, distribute pages across multiple folders to avoid overfilling and deformation.

Recommendations

Store the folder upright or flat in a dry environment to maintain shape and colour. Clean with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners. For long-term archival storage, pair the folder with acid-free inserts or protective sleeves to further protect sensitive documents.
