How to use

Assemble the chosen cutting sieve and secure it in the grinding head, then attach the appropriate funnel if filling sausages. Cut meat into small pieces and remove large bones; feed pieces into the feed tray and use the plunger to push them safely through the feed opening. Use the forward mode for normal grinding and the reverse function to clear any blockages. After use, disassemble the removable parts and clean them according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, chill the meat before grinding and avoid overloading the feed tray. Use the coarse or medium sieve for fattier cuts and the fine sieve for leaner or finely minced preparations. Regularly inspect and clean removable components to maintain performance.
