Microconnect HDM191813 videokabel-adapter 3 m HDMI DVI-D zwart

The MicroConnect HDM191813 is a 3 m HDMI to DVI-D video cable adapter designed for connecting devices with HDMI and DVI-D ports such as notebooks, monitors and desktop PCs. The cable supports bidirectional digital video signal transmission between HDMI and DVI interfaces and meets RoHS requirements. It has a 6 mm diameter, a lightweight build (58 g) and a compact package suitable for storage and transport.

Advantages

This HDMI to DVI-D cable provides a reliable digital video connection between mismatched interfaces without converting signal types beyond standard HDMI↔DVI compatibility. Its 3 m length offers flexibility for typical desk and AV setups, while the slim 6 mm diameter and 58 g weight make routing and installation straightforward. The cable’s compliance with RoHS ensures restricted use of hazardous substances.

Suitable for

• Connecting a notebook to a monitor with a DVI-D input
• Linking a PC graphics card with HDMI to a DVI-D display
• Setting up AV equipment where one device has HDMI and the other DVI-D

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connector types: HDMI — DVI-D
• Cable diameter: 6 mm
• Weight: 58 g
• Colour: Black
• Standards: RoHS compliant

How to use

Connect the HDMI end to the device with an HDMI output and the DVI-D end to the display or projector with a DVI-D input. Ensure both devices are powered off or inputs selected appropriately before connecting. After connection, power on the devices and select the correct input source on the display. The cable transmits digital video signals; audio is not carried over DVI-D, so use a separate audio connection if required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid sharp bends. Use the 3 m length for typical workstation or AV setups and verify display settings and resolutions on the connected devices to ensure compatible output.
