How to use

Connect the microphone to an available USB port on your computer and allow the operating system to recognize the device. Position the microphone 15–30 cm from your mouth, slightly off-axis if necessary to further reduce plosives. Adjust input levels in your operating system or recording software to avoid clipping; speak at normal recording volume and monitor levels visually or with headphones to ensure consistent signal. For best results, use in a quiet room and position the microphone so it faces the sound source directly.

Recommendations

Use the AM310G2 with a stable desk stand or boom arm to maintain a consistent distance and angle. If unwanted room reflections occur, reduce ambient noise or add soft furnishings to the recording space. When recording vocals, allow a brief test recording to set optimal gain and confirm the pop filter is correctly positioned to minimize plosives.
