Microfoon Shure MV-TWO-KIT-Z6

The Shure MV-TWO-KIT-Z6 is a compact wireless microphone receiver designed for mounting on cameras and portable rigs. It provides a frequency response of 50–20,000 Hz and an operating radius up to 30 meters, enabling clear audio capture in a variety of shooting environments. The unit is powered by an AC source with a 12–15 V input and draws 235 mA, and its low-profile dimensions (308 mm × 101 mm × 38 mm) and black finish allow discreet integration with camera setups.

Advantages

The receiver delivers broad frequency coverage suitable for speech and ambient sound capture while maintaining a compact footprint for on-camera use. Its wireless range supports mobile shooting and run-and-gun workflows within a 30-meter radius. Low current consumption and standard DC input make it compatible with common camera power systems and external mounts, and the lightweight design reduces strain on camera rigs.

Suitable for

• On-camera ENG and documentary filming
• Interviews and run-and-gun journalism
• Corporate and event video recording with portable setups
• Independent filmmakers and vloggers requiring mobility

How to use

Mount the receiver securely to the camera shoe or a compatible rig using the manufacturer-recommended bracket or cold shoe adapter. Connect a compatible microphone transmitter or lavalier system according to the receiver input and pairing procedure, then supply DC power within the 12–15 V range. Position the transmitter(s) on the subject and verify audio levels on the camera or external recorder. Maintain line of sight where possible to preserve the 30-meter operating radius and monitor signal strength during recording.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the receiver with properly charged or regulated power sources and avoid placing large obstacles between transmitter and receiver. Test frequencies and audio levels before critical takes, and secure cables and mounting points to prevent handling noise. Consider additional wind protection for outdoor recordings and check compatibility with your camera’s audio input and phantom power settings if applicable.
