How to use

Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance. Select top, bottom or combined heating depending on the recipe, set the thermostat between 100 and 230 °C, and set the timer for up to 60 minutes. Preheat when required and place food on appropriate ovenware no larger than 30 cm in diameter. Monitor cooking progress and use the acoustic signal to know when the cycle ends.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the oven for a few minutes before inserting food, use cookware that fits the 30 cm maximum diameter, and allow short rest time after cooking to let heat distribute evenly.
