The JATA HCAF2403 moka pot is a manual stovetop coffee maker with a 0.2 L (200 ml) capacity designed to prepare rich, aromatic coffee using the traditional Moka brewing method. How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve level, place finely ground coffee into the filter basket without tamping, assemble the moka pot and screw the top and bottom sections together securely. Place the moka pot on a suitable cooker and heat until coffee starts to flow into the upper chamber; remove from heat once extraction is complete and pours intermittently. Allow to cool slightly before handling and pouring to avoid burns.

Recommendations

Use medium-fine ground coffee suitable for Moka pots, preheat the water slightly to shorten extraction time, and replace the silicone gasket periodically to maintain a proper seal and consistent coffee quality.
