Mondstuk GESIPA standaard 17/32 voor AccuBird/PowerBird/Taurus

The GESIPA Mouthpiece Standard 17/32 for AccuBird/PowerBird/Taurus is a direct replacement part designed to restore accurate seating and alignment of blind rivets in pneumatic and battery-powered rivet tools. The mouthpiece forms the mechanical interface between the rivet tool and the fastener, guiding the rivet mandrel and supporting the rivet head during installation. It is intended for routine workshop repairs and maintenance to help maintain tool performance and consistent joint quality.

Advantages

This GESIPA mouthpiece provides a precise fit for tools in the AccuBird, PowerBird and Taurus families, reducing radial play and ensuring repeatable rivet positioning. Manufactured to consistent dimensions, it helps avoid damaged rivet heads and misaligned installations. Using the correct mouthpiece restores factory tolerances, contributing to more reliable riveting cycles and extending the service life of the tool.

Suitable for

• Replacement part during workshop maintenance of AccuBird, PowerBird and Taurus rivet tools
• Restoring correct rivet seating and alignment in production or repair work
• General workshop use where 17/32-inch rivet nose geometry is required

How to use

Turn off and, if applicable, disconnect the rivet tool from its power source before replacing the mouthpiece.
