Mono USB-headset Plusonic 10.1P — eenoorige USB-headset compatibel met Teams en Skype

Mono USB Headset Plusonic 10.1P is a single-ear USB headset designed for voice communication and online meetings. The headset connects via a USB plug for reliable, plug-and-play operation with PCs and laptops, and is compatible with communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Skype. With a focus on clear voice transmission and single-ear monitoring, the design supports continuous conversations while keeping the other ear free to monitor the environment.

Advantages

The single-ear design allows the user to remain aware of ambient sounds while maintaining a private audio channel for calls. USB connectivity provides straightforward installation without additional drivers for most modern operating systems. The headset features a noise-filtering microphone and an adjustable headband to accommodate extended use and varied head sizes.

Suitable for

• Call centers and contact centres
• Remote work and home offices
• Online meetings and video conferences (Microsoft Teams, Skype)
• Unified communications environments

• Compatibility: Works with common softphones and conferencing applications, including Microsoft Teams and Skype

How to use

Connect the headset to an available USB port on a PC or laptop. The device should be recognized automatically by the operating system; select the headset as the audio input and output device in your system sound settings or in the settings of your communication application (for example, Microsoft Teams or Skype). Adjust the headband and boom microphone for a comfortable fit and optimal microphone position. Use single-ear monitoring to hear both call audio and surrounding sounds as needed.

Recommendations

For best call quality, place the microphone approximately 1–2 cm from the corner of the mouth and avoid covering the microphone with clothing. Regularly check audio settings in your communication application and keep the USB connector free of dust. If using for long shifts, adjust the headband and take short breaks to relieve pressure on the ear and head.
