Montagebeugel Rittal OM-drager SV 9340.260, afmetingen 45 mm x 208 mm, polyamide, grijs (RAL 7035), voor railsystemen

Rittal OM-Träger SV 9340.260 is a mounting bracket manufactured from durable polyamide in grey (RAL 7035). With compact dimensions of 45 mm x 208 mm, this bracket is designed to support busbar systems and provide a non-conductive mounting point within electrical enclosures and distribution assemblies. Its shape and material selection offer mechanical stability while maintaining electrical isolation where required.

Advantages

The polyamide construction ensures resistance to corrosion and many chemicals while keeping the component lightweight. The grey RAL 7035 finish provides a neutral appearance compatible with common electrical enclosure interiors. Its compact footprint allows use in confined cabinet spaces and simplifies positioning and fastening of busbar assemblies. Non-conductive properties reduce the need for additional insulating measures.

How to use

Install the bracket in the intended position inside the enclosure, aligning it with the busbar system mounting points. Secure the bracket using appropriate fasteners compatible with the enclosure and the bracket material; ensure fastener length and thread type match mounting holes and do not compromise the polyamide body. After installing, position the busbar and attach it to the bracket according to the busbar manufacturer's instructions, verifying alignment and mechanical stability before energizing the system.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners and avoid overtightening to prevent deformation of the polyamide. Confirm compatibility of the bracket with the specific busbar profile and load conditions; if higher mechanical strength or thermal resistance is required, consider alternative mounting options. Follow relevant electrical and safety standards during installation.
