Montageclip EUROLITE 50499916 voor Neon Flex 24V RGB – accessoire voor de installatie van LED-neonstrips

Mounting clip EUROLITE 50499916 for Neon Flex 24V RGB is an installation accessory created to secure LED Neon Flex 24V RGB strips to flat or slightly curved surfaces. The clip enables stable fixation of the neon strip, helping to maintain alignment and prevent sagging or displacement during indoor and covered outdoor applications where compatible 24V RGB Neon Flex profiles are used.

Advantages

The mounting clip provides a reliable mechanical connection between the surface and the Neon Flex strip, making installation faster and more accurate. Its construction supports repeated mounting and removal without damaging the strip, and it helps keep the LED profile correctly positioned for even light distribution. The clip is suitable for use with standard Neon Flex 24V RGB profiles and is designed for low-visibility, discreet fixation.

How to use

Select mounting positions along the intended run of the Neon Flex strip, taking into account recommended spacing for support to prevent sagging. Fix the clip to the surface with an appropriate mechanical fastener for the substrate, then press the Neon Flex strip into the clip until it sits securely. Repeat as needed along the strip length and ensure the layout allows for required bending radii and access to power connections.

Recommendations

Use appropriate screws or anchors for the mounting surface; avoid overtightening to prevent deformation of the clip or Neon Flex profile. Maintain recommended support spacing for Neon Flex runs and keep the installation in dry or covered environments when used outdoors. Ensure all electrical connections are made according to the Neon Flex manufacturer's instructions and local regulations.
