Montageset DeLOCK 60274 kunststof naturel

The DeLOCK 60274 mounting kit made from natural plastic provides a lightweight and reliable solution for securing components in a variety of installation environments. Its neutral natural colour and compact parts are intended to blend with surrounding surfaces while offering stable fixation. The kit is designed for straightforward assembly and intended for use where corrosion-resistant, non-metallic mounting elements are preferred.

Advantages

The natural plastic construction offers resistance to moisture and non-conductive properties, reducing the risk of galvanic corrosion when mounted near metal or electronic parts. The lightweight composition simplifies handling and installation while contributing minimal additional load to structures. The neutral natural colour makes the kit visually unobtrusive in most interior and equipment applications. Components are crafted to enable a secure fit and consistent performance over time.

Suitable for

• Indoor and sheltered outdoor mounting of small devices or panels
• Electrical enclosures where non-conductive fixings are required
• DIY projects and light professional installations
• Areas where corrosion-resistant, non-metallic mounting hardware is preferred

Key specifications

• Material: natural plastic
• Colour: natural
• Design: components for standard mounting applications
• Weight: lightweight construction for easy handling

How to use

Identify the mounting location and ensure the substrate is suitable for plastic fixings. Position the components according to the required spacing and alignment, then secure the kit parts using compatible fasteners or screws appropriate for the substrate. Avoid overtightening to prevent deformation of the plastic parts. For electrical applications, ensure all connections follow relevant safety standards and that the non-conductive properties of the kit are maintained by avoiding contact with conductive contaminants.

Recommendations

Use compatible screws and anchors matched to the mounting surface; for outdoor exposure choose sheltered locations or additional protective measures as prolonged direct UV exposure can affect plastic over time. Store spare components in a dry environment to preserve mechanical properties.
