MOVA Vloeistofdispensermodule voor V50U – Eénkanaals Precisieperistaltiek (MARDB4)

Unlike generic syringe pumps or standalone dispensers, the MOVA Fluid Dispenser Module MARDB4 is a dedicated single-channel dispensing head engineered exclusively for the V50U automated liquid handling platform. It integrates directly into the V50U's modular bay, leveraging a peristaltic pump mechanism to deliver exceptional accuracy across a wide volume range—from 0.5 µL to 5000 µL—with a precision CV below 0.5% at full stroke. Its hot-swappable design allows rapid exchange without recalibration, making it ideal for high-throughput reagent dispensing, sample preparation, and any workflow demanding consistent, contamination-free fluid transfer.

Highlights

• Peristaltic pump principle ensures no cross-contamination between fluids; only the tubing contacts the liquid.
• Wide dispensing volume range: 0.5 µL to 5000 µL with ±1% accuracy at full stroke.
• Handles fluid viscosities up to 200 cP, suitable for aqueous solutions, buffers, and many reagents.
• Wetted materials include PTFE, PEEK, and stainless steel for broad chemical compatibility.
• User-replaceable tubing and pump head minimize downtime and maintenance costs.
• Software-guided calibration via the V50U interface ensures consistent performance.

In daily use

In a busy laboratory, the MARDB4 module excels at repetitive dispensing tasks. Its single-channel design is perfect for applications requiring precise, low-volume additions, such as PCR setup, ELISA plate preparation, or cell culture media aliquoting. Because the pump mechanism isolates the fluid path, you can switch between reagents without fear of carryover, saving time and reducing waste. The module is powered and controlled entirely by the V50U system, so no extra cables or power supplies are needed—just click it into place and start dispensing.
