Multihakmolen Princess 221040 200W RVS zwart

The Princess 221040 Multi Chopper and Grinder combines a compact design with a 200 W motor and stainless steel blades and bowls to process both wet and dry ingredients. Featuring two removable bowls—one for chopping and one for grinding—this unit handles tasks such as chopping herbs and vegetables, grinding coffee beans and spices, and preparing small batches of pesto or curry paste. A transparent safety lid and simple push-down activation make operation straightforward and reduce the risk of contact with blades.

Advantages

Two dedicated stainless steel bowls and blade sets allow switching between wet and dry processing without cross-contamination. The 200 W motor delivers an efficient balance of power and control for small to medium portions up to about 70 grams. The push-down activation with a transparent lid provides intuitive, safe operation and stops immediately when released. Detachable stainless steel bowls are dishwasher-safe and the included spoon with a bristle helps remove residue, making cleaning convenient.

Suitable for

• Chopping fresh herbs, garlic and onions for sauces and dressings
• Preparing small batches of pesto, curry paste and herb oils
• Grinding coffee beans, whole spices and nuts into fine or coarse textures
• Making small quantities of nut meal or breadcrumbs

Key specifications

• Motor power: 200 W
• Material: stainless steel bowls and blades
• Operation type: push-down activation with transparent lid
• Processing modes: separate chopping and grinding bowls for wet and dry ingredients
• Capacity per use: suitable for small batches up to approximately 70 g
• Cleaning: detachable parts dishwasher-safe; included spoon with bristle for residue removal

How to use

Select the appropriate bowl and blade for your ingredient: use the chopping bowl for herbs, garlic and vegetables and the grinding bowl for coffee beans, spices or nuts. Place the chosen bowl on the base, close with the transparent lid, and press down to start the motor. Release the lid to stop. Pulse or hold the lid down according to the desired texture; shorter presses produce coarser results, longer presses yield finer results. After processing, remove the bowl, empty contents and rinse removable parts or place them in the dishwasher.

Recommendations

Do not exceed small batch weights (around 70 g) per cycle to maintain optimal performance and prevent overloading. Trim large pieces into smaller portions before processing. Avoid continuous operation beyond recommended intervals to prevent motor overheating—allow short cooling pauses between extended use. Ensure the lid is fully in place before pressing to activate the motor, and always unplug the appliance before cleaning or handling blades.
