Nagels BeA R20 rondkop 3,1×80 mm glad strips, zwart, verpakking van 3000

Strip nails BeA R20 round head 3.1×80 mm smooth strip, black, pack of 3000 are collated nails designed for use with compatible pneumatic or battery-powered nailers. Each nail features a round head and a smooth shank with a black surface finish, supplied in strips to ensure reliable feeding and efficient application. The 3.1 mm diameter and 80 mm length suit medium-depth fastening tasks in construction and carpentry where consistent hold and rapid installation are needed.

Advantages

The smooth shank reduces splitting in many wood types while providing solid penetration and a snug fit. Round heads allow for secure surface contact and good seating under pressure from the nailer. The black finish offers basic corrosion resistance and a uniform appearance for visible applications. Collated strip format improves work pace and reduces downtime for reloading when used in compatible collated nail guns.

How to use

Load the collated strips into a compatible strip nailer following the tool manufacturer's instructions. Position the nailer tip squarely against the work surface to ensure proper seating and drive each nail with steady contact. For best results, pre-drill or use a pilot hole in very hard or brittle materials to avoid splitting. Observe safety procedures: wear eye protection and follow the nailer’s handling and maintenance guidelines.

Recommendations

Choose this nail type when medium-length, smooth-shank fastenings are required and when using a nailer that accepts these collated strips. For exterior or high-moisture environments, consider a corrosion-resistant or galvanized alternative. Store the nails in a dry place to preserve the finish and feeding performance.
