Good to know

These boots are certified to EN ISO 20347:2012, which is the European standard for occupational footwear that is not classified as safety footwear (no protective toecap). The O2 designation indicates they provide anti-static properties, energy absorption in the heel, and water-resistant upper, but do not include a midsole penetration-resistant insert. The SRC slip resistance rating means the outsole has been tested on both ceramic tile with sodium lauryl sulfate (a soap solution) and on steel with glycerol, providing confidence on a variety of slippery surfaces. The nubuck leather upper is treated to be water-resistant, helping to keep feet dry in light rain or accidental spills. The breathable textile lining wicks moisture away from the skin, enhancing comfort during extended wear. The dual-density polyurethane sole is lightweight yet durable, offering excellent shock absorption and resistance to oils and fuels. The lace-up closure allows for a secure, adjustable fit. These boots are suitable for both men and women, with a unisex design and sizing. The brown colour is practical for work environments, hiding scuffs and dirt. The size 47 corresponds to a UK size 12 and US men's size 13, ideal for those with larger feet. Overall, these boots provide a balance of comfort, protection, and durability for occupational use where a safety toe is not required.
