Netsnoer Bachmann 304.284 wit 2 m

The Bachmann 304.284 power cable is a 2 m mains lead designed for safe connection of electrical devices to a 230–250 V AC supply. It features a right-angle moulded plug with a dual earthing contact system and a 30 mm stripped opposite end fitted with end sleeves. The cable comes in white and supports a rated current of 16 A, making it suitable for standard household and office equipment.

Advantages

The cable combines a compact right-angle plug for space-saving installations with a dual earthing contact system for reliable grounding. Its 2 m length offers flexibility in placement, while the pre-stripped 30 mm end with end sleeves simplifies installation to terminal blocks or device connectors. The white finish allows unobtrusive integration into light-coloured interiors.

Suitable for

• Connecting household appliances and office equipment to a 230–250 V mains supply
• Installation where a right-angle plug reduces strain or saves space
• Hardwiring to terminals or devices that accept a 30 mm stripped conductor with end sleeves

How to use

Ensure the mains supply is switched off before making connections. Insert the right-angle plug into a compatible 230–250 V outlet. Prepare the receiving terminal or device by exposing the connection points, then connect the pre-stripped 30 mm conductors with end sleeves to the appropriate terminals, observing correct live, neutral and earth wiring. Tighten terminal screws securely and verify there are no exposed conductors before restoring power.

Recommendations

Use the cable only within its rated voltage and current limits (250 V, 16 A). Do not route the cable where it may be pinched, excessively bent or exposed to heat sources. Inspect the cable and end sleeves periodically for damage and replace if any insulation or conductor issues are found.
