Netwerk-rackbasis ROLINE 800 x 1200 mm zwart

ROLINE network rack base 800 x 1200 mm in black is a sturdy platform designed to serve as the foundation for 19-inch server and network racks. It delivers a level, rigid support surface for cabinets, enclosures and mounted equipment while enabling organized routing of cables and distribution of load across the floor. The black finish provides a neutral aesthetic suitable for data centers, server rooms and telecommunication closets.

Advantages

The base offers a flat, stable support area that reduces point loads on the floor and helps maintain rack alignment. Constructed with materials and a design intended for heavy equipment, it simplifies placement and relocation of cabinets and improves overall rack stability. The open base design facilitates access for cable management and underfloor airflow where applicable, and the black surface resists visible staining and blends with common rack and cabinet colors.

Suitable for

• Mounting 19-inch server or network cabinets in data centers and server rooms
• Creating a level foundation for telecommunications enclosures in technical rooms
• Providing a stable platform for patch panels, switches and rack-mounted servers
• Use in sites requiring organized cable routing and under-cabinet access

Key specifications

• External footprint dimensions: 800 x 1200 mm
• Color/finish: black
• Designed for 19-inch rack compatibility
• Rigid base construction suitable for heavy equipment loads
• Open/accessible underside for cable routing and airflow

How to use

Position the ROLINE base on a level, solid floor surface where the rack will be installed. Align the rack or cabinet onto the base, ensuring that mounting points and feet sit squarely within the base footprint. Secure the cabinet to the base following the cabinet manufacturer’s instructions and local safety codes. Route and organize power and data cabling through the accessible underside or along recommended pathways to maintain clear airflow and service access.

Recommendations

Place the base on a firm, even floor and verify load limits of both the floor and cabinet. Use appropriate fasteners or seismic anchors if required by site regulations. For best cable management and cooling performance, leave clearance around the rack and avoid blocking ventilation openings.
