Netwerk-switch ATTE IP-8-20-E voor 8 IP-camera's met 20W stroomvoorziening

ATTE IP-8-20-E is a compact network switch designed to support up to eight IP cameras and deliver a combined 20W of power for connected devices. Intended for small to medium surveillance installations, this switch centralizes both network connectivity and low-voltage power delivery to simplify wiring and reduce the number of separate power adapters required at camera locations.

Advantages

The device combines data and power management in a single unit, making installation faster and cleaner by reducing cabling complexity. Its support for eight camera connections allows straightforward expansion of small CCTV systems without adding multiple power supplies. The 20W power capacity is suitable for many standard IP cameras and conserves rack or cabinet space thanks to the switch's compact footprint.

Suitable for

• Home video surveillance systems with up to eight IP cameras
• Small office CCTV installations
• Retail shops and boutiques needing compact camera networking
• Temporary or mobile surveillance setups where centralized power simplifies deployment

Key specifications

• Number of network ports: 8 ports for IP camera connections
• Power output: total 20W for powering connected cameras
• Form factor: compact switch suitable for desktop or shelf mounting
• Network function: provides centralized Ethernet connectivity for surveillance devices

How to use

Install the switch in a dry, ventilated location near your network router or NVR. Connect each IP camera to one of the eight Ethernet ports using CAT5e or CAT6 cables. Connect the switch's upstream port to your router or network backbone to enable camera data transmission to recording or monitoring equipment. Ensure the combined power draw of all connected cameras does not exceed the 20W power budget. If necessary, distribute high-consumption cameras to a separate power source or use cameras with lower power requirements.

Recommendations

Locate the switch close to the router or recording device to minimize cable length and potential signal loss. Verify camera power consumption before deployment and keep firmware and network device configurations up to date to ensure reliable operation.
