Netwerkcontactdoos RJ-45 Rutenbeck 138112030 wit

The Rutenbeck 138112030 White RJ-45 socket outlet is a compact network connection point designed for fixed installation in residential, commercial and light-industrial environments. Constructed from durable plastic and finished in white, the outlet accommodates standard RJ-45 network plugs and provides a clean, low-profile interface for Ethernet cabling. Its rated voltage and protective design make it suitable for general-purpose network wiring where a compact wall-mounted outlet is required.

Advantages

The outlet combines a small footprint with robust plastic construction for reliable everyday use. Its IP21 protection class guards against ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm and against vertically falling water droplets, which supports safe indoor installation. The white finish offers visual neutrality for a wide range of interior decors, and the standard RJ-45 format ensures compatibility with common Ethernet connectors and patch cables.

How to use

Install the outlet in a suitable back box or surface-mounted enclosure following local electrical and building codes. Route the network cabling to the outlet location and terminate the cable conductors to the connector according to the wiring standard in use (for example, T568A or T568B). Secure the module into the mounting frame and attach the cover plate. After mechanical installation, test the connection with an appropriate network cable tester or by connecting network equipment to verify link and data transmission.

Recommendations

Use the socket outlet only for low-voltage network applications within the specified rated voltage. For installations in damp or exposed environments, choose a higher IP-rated enclosure. When terminating cables, follow the chosen pairing standard consistently across the network and use a cable tester to confirm correct wiring and signal integrity.
