Netwerkdoos ShiverPeaks BS74280-PW — 2× RJ-45 Cat6a, parelwit

ShiverPeaks BS74280-PW — 2×RJ-45 Cat6a, Pearl White is a wall-mounted network socket outlet that provides two RJ-45 ports compatible with Category 6a cabling. Designed for structured cabling and LAN installations, this module delivers a compact, low-profile solution for connecting two Ethernet devices in the same wall plate location. The pearl white finish blends with common interior finishes and is intended for residential, office or small data‑cabinet deployments where Cat6a performance is required.

Advantages

The dual RJ-45 ports support Category 6a performance, enabling higher bandwidth and improved signal integrity for demanding network applications. The unit's compact form factor allows installation in standard wall boxes and faceplates, reducing the need for multiple modules. A neutral pearl white color provides a discrete appearance that integrates with most interior décors. The single-unit supply simplifies procurement and ensures both ports match in performance and appearance.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections in residential and commercial premises
• Structured cabling systems requiring Cat6a compliance
• Office workstations, VoIP phones, and desktop computers
• Small server rooms and network cabinets for patching endpoints

Key specifications

• Connector type: 2 × RJ-45
• Cabling standard supported: Category 6a
• Mounting: wall socket/module for standard electrical back boxes
• Finish: pearl white
• Applications: Ethernet LAN, structured cabling

How to use

Install the socket in a compatible single-gang wall box following local electrical and low-voltage wiring regulations. Terminate the incoming Cat6a cables on the IDC or punch-down terminals according to the color code specified for the cabling standard in use. Secure the module to the wall box and attach the cover plate. Once installed, connect Ethernet cables to the RJ-45 ports to bring network connectivity to endpoints such as PCs, IP phones or switches.

Recommendations

For optimal Cat6a performance, use screened or unshielded Cat6a cables certified to the same standard, maintain proper cable bend radius, and minimize sources of electromagnetic interference near the runs. Verify termination quality with a cable tester after installation to ensure full compliance with Category 6a link performance.
