Netwerkkabel Black Box EVE634-05M 5m Cat6 S/FTP Geel

Premium performance and immunity to EMI/RFI interference. This Cat6 S/FTP (PiMF) 5 m patch cable with RJ-45 male connectors delivers Gigabit Ethernet, 622/155-Mbps ATM and Fast Ethernet support, meeting and exceeding ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1 Cat6 specifications. The cable features a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket and moulded boots for reliable installation and reduced environmental impact.

Advantages

Dual shielding S/FTP (foil shield around each pair plus an overall braid) provides superior protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, ensuring stable high-speed data transmission. The moulded boots increase connector durability and reduce strain on the termination, while the LSZH jacket minimizes harmful emissions in case of fire. The 5 m length offers flexibility for typical office and rack connections.

Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid placing it near strong electromagnetic sources for best performance. The moulded boots protect the connector during repeated insertions and removals.

Recommendations

For optimal network performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP patch cable for connections requiring Gigabit speeds or environments with potential EMI/RFI interference. Verify cable length and color requirements for your installation and keep the cable away from high-power electrical lines. Follow workplace or building fire-safety guidelines when choosing LSZH cables.
